If our products do not meet or exceed your expectations we will refund your money. The period to request an exchange or refund for this reason is 7 days for scents and 15 days for diffusers after receiving the order. The refund does not apply in promotions of free diffusers or any other free product.
In addition, Olfativa offers a 3 months warranty on our Enzo, Cervino and Sira diffusers, and 1 year warranty on the rest of the diffusers if the equipment presents any factory failure during this time.

The exchange / refund must be requested by mail and with photographs of the condition of the products.
There are no exchanges/refunds for the following reasons:
