All our orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, except holidays).
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
The lead time to receive an order with standard standard shipping varies from 3 to 5 working days*.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, during business hours from 09:00 to 21:00 hrs.
It is essential that someone is present at the delivery address to receive the goods and sign the delivery receipt.
Two attempts will be made to deliver the order, on different days and at different times. If delivery is still unsuccessful, the order will be returned to our Operations Center. In this case, the cost of the new shipment will be borne by the customer.
