What is a cold air diffuser and how does it work?
A cold air diffuser is a device that disperses scents into the environment by diffusing air at low temperature, actively filtering the air before releasing an ultra-dry, fragrance-laden mist.
This safe and clean method preserves the integrity of the scented oils, avoiding dilutions, without adding unnecessary substances to the air or leaving residues.

Our diffusers are programmed with the Mode, Set, Up and Down buttons.
We recommend placing it in medium intensities between 30% to 40%.
To start with, we recommend placing the diffuser with an intensity of 30%, with working days that do not exceed 8 hours a day, in order to optimize the fragrance performance.

Can I use essential oils in this diffuser?
You should use only Olfativa scents because other oils and blends may contain different oils that could cause your diffusers to malfunction or clog.
How can I delete an event from my diffuser?
What type of service / maintenance is required?
Olfativa suggests preventive maintenance every 3 months with household alcohol to avoid valve blockages.
I spilled scent, how do I clean it?
If scent is spilled, thoroughly clean the area (including the diffuser) with isopropyl alcohol. Remember that these are undiluted essential oils and therefore should be treated with care.
These scents smell great; can I use them on my skin?
Since our scents contain pure essential oils and plant essences, do not apply these scents to the skin as they are in pure, undiluted form. If you get oil on your hands, wash the area with soap and water.
