01. What if it is too much aroma or not enough?

No problem. Log in to your account and click "Manage Subscriptions". Choose "Edit" next to the fragrance you would like to see more or less frequently and click "Change Frequency". If you need help, we've got your back!

02. What if I want to cancel the service?

Send an email to info@olfativa.com. If you subscribed with any diffuser + subscription offer, you will only be able to cancel after the third shipment.

03. How do I choose the scent for my home?

After you place your order, one of our advisors will contact you to confirm your information and help you choose the most suitable scent for your home, you can also let them know if you already have a favorite scent.

04. Can I change my scent or order several scents?

Yes, and we recommend you do so. When you start your subscription you can tell us which scents you want us to send you. If you want to change scents during your subscription, just notify us 10 days before your next shipment.
