01. Can I use any essential oil in my diffuser?

You should use only Olfativa scents because other oils and blends may contain different oils that could cause your diffusers to malfunction or clog.

What type of service/maintenance is required for my diffuser?

Olfativa suggests preventive maintenance every 3 months by dispersing household alcohol for a few minutes to avoid valve blockages.

03. I spilled scent, how do I clean it up?

If scent is spilled, thoroughly clean the area (including the diffuser) with isopropyl alcohol. Remember that these are undiluted essential oils and therefore should be treated with care.

04. These scents smell great; can I use them on my skin?  

Since our scents contain pure essential oils and plant essences, do not apply these scents to the skin as they are in pure, undiluted form. If you get oil on your hands, wash the area with soap and water.
