Cancellation Policy

MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE

1. Cancellation of the Subscription Service:
The customer may cancel their subscription once they have completed a minimum of three (3) successful fragrance refills, in accordance with the subscription plan selected at the time of signing up for the service.
If the customer wishes to cancel before completing the minimum of three refills, they may do so by paying the amount corresponding to the remaining refills in advance, in order to fulfill the established minimum commitment.

Cancellation must be requested through official customer service channels.

If the request is made once the billing or preparation process for a cycle has begun, the cancellation will apply to the following period.

2. Modifying Your Subscription:
You may make changes to your subscription before the start of the applicable billing cycle.

Permitted changes include:

  • Change of scent with each paid refill.
  • Set the frequency of delivery from the available options: 1, 2, 3, or 4 months.
  • Update personal information, payment method, or delivery address.

Requests for changes made after the billing or order preparation process has begun will apply to the next subscription cycle.
