Can I buy the Palacio fragrance?
No. The original scent is exclusive to El Palacio de Hierro and is not available for purchase. The Olfativa Home fragrances featured here are our own creations.
How long does a recharge last?
It depends on the diffuser, the amount of fragrance, the number of hours of use, and the set intensity. Check the product specifications and ask for guidance tailored to your space; there isn't a one-size-fits-all duration for every home.
How intense is it? What if I find it too sweet?
The diffusers allow you to adjust the schedule and intensity. Start by choosing a scent you like: you can request 2 to 5 samples on desiccant pads before purchasing. If you need help adjusting the diffusion settings, Olfativa Care can assist you.
How does the subscription work when I buy a diffuser?
When you purchase a diffuser with a subscription, you'll receive regular fragrance refills, with automatic shipping and direct debit based on the plan you choose. See the plans and their terms and conditions.
Can I make a selection without subscribing?
Yes. Capital Soleil, Godfather, Insignia, and Before Midnight are available for individual purchase here. You can also start by trying the samples before making your choice.
Do you ship?
