How does the plan work?

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each cycle. You can change the scent of each paid refill or adjust the frequency before the next cycle begins.

The official policy requires a minimum commitment of three successful top-ups. If you request cancellation before meeting this requirement, you must pay for the remaining top-ups in advance. If billing or processing for the current billing cycle has already begun, any changes or cancellations will take effect in the next billing period.
