How does the plan work?

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each cycle. You can change the scent of each paid refill or adjust the frequency before the next cycle begins.

You can request cancellation after completing three additional paid refills. The 100 ml of complimentary fragrance from your initial order does not count as one of those refills.

For an early standard cancellation, you must pay the remaining top-ups to reach the minimum. If billing or cycle processing has already begun, the change or standard cancellation will apply to the following period.

Satisfaction Guarantee Exception: If you request a return of the diffuser within the warranty period and decide not to continue your subscription, you will not be required to complete or prepay for any outstanding refills. Once the return has been accepted and processed, and the device’s arrival at the warehouse has been confirmed, the authorized refund and cancellation will be processed without charging you for those refills.
