How to use use?

Our scents are designed for use with cold air diffusion scent diffusers (nebulizers).

To pour the scent remove the bottle from the diffuser and add your favorite scent Olfativa. Screw the bottle back into the aroma diffuser vertically and adjust the intensity to the desired level to create the perfect ambient scent.

It is NOT required to mix the fragrance with water or other products, all our scents are for diffuser use only. Do not use topically or ingest.

All our fragrances comply with the established standards of the International Fragrance Association (IFRA) Code of Practice.

Scent not confirmed

This is the 3rd time I have received my order. The previous two times they contacted me to see if I wanted the same scent and to combine. That was how they told me when I subscribed that it would be. However this last time it was not. I received the package in good condition

We sent a notification to your email 2 days before your order was placed, just to let you know if you would like to change the scent.

On the previous occasion you have been in direct contact as we try to make sure you liked the fragrance of your first choice and that is where we define your scent that you will receive on a recurring basis.

I am pleased to inform you that you have an aroma guarantee, in which we have 7 days to make 1 change. We know it has expired, however, if you still wish we can apply it without any problem.
