No problem. Log in to your account and click 'Manage Subscriptions'. Choose 'Edit' next to the fragrance you would like to see more or less frequently and click 'Change Frequency'. If you need help, we've got your back!
Yes, you can cancel at any time, just send an email to ecommerce@olfativa.com or directly from your account in "Manage Subscriptions". If you subscribed to any of the introductory offers, you can only cancel after the third recharge. However if your subscription is without the discount promotion you can cancel at any time.
After placing your order, one of our advisors will contact you to confirm your information and help you choose the most suitable scent for your home, or you can tell them if you already have a favorite scent.
