When can I cancel my fragrance subscription?
If you signed up for the fragrance-only subscription: You can request to cancel after completing three paid orders: the bottle from your initial order and two additional refills.
If you purchased a diffuser with a subscription: You can request to cancel after completing three additional paid refills. The complimentary scent from your initial order does not count as one of those refills.

How do I choose the scent for my home?
After placing your order, one of our advisors will contact you to confirm your information and help you choose the most suitable scent.

- Can I change my scent or order different scents?
Yes, we recommend you to do so. When you start your subscription you can indicate which scents you want us to send you, or if you want to change scents during your subscription, just notify us 10 days before your next shipment.
