How does the subscription work?

• Select deliveries every 1, 2, or 3 months from the available options.
• The service is automatically renewed according to the selected cycle.
• The scent can be changed before the collection process begins or before the next cycle is prepared.
• Regular cancellation may be requested after three additional paid refills. The complimentary 200 ml from the initial order does not count. If cancellation is requested earlier, the remaining refills under the minimum commitment must be paid for, except as provided for in the satisfaction guarantee described below.

Satisfaction Guarantee Exception: If you request a return of the diffuser within the warranty period and decide not to continue with the subscription, you will not be required to complete or prepay for any outstanding refills. Once the return has been accepted and processed, and the device’s arrival at the warehouse has been confirmed, the authorized refund and subscription cancellation will be processed without charging you for those refills.
