How does Aroma Subscription work?

When you purchase your Montblanc XL Diffuser, you’ll receive a complimentary 200 ml bottle of fragrance and activate a 500 ml refill subscription. This is a one-time purchase that includes periodic fragrance deliveries; it is not a rental service.

• Initial order: Montblanc XL diffuser and a complimentary 200 ml bottle of fragrance.
• Subsequent refills: 500-ml bottles, billed with each subscription cycle.
• Frequency: every 1, 2, or 3 months, depending on the option you select when purchasing.

Your subscription renews automatically based on the frequency you choose. Use the selector to review the recharge amount and frequency before adding the product to your cart.

When can I cancel my subscription?

When you purchase a diffuser with a subscription, you can request cancellation after completing three additional paid refills. The complimentary 200 ml from the initial order does not count as one of those refills.

Satisfaction Guarantee Exception: If you request a return of the diffuser within the warranty period and decide not to continue your subscription, you will not be required to complete any outstanding refills. Once the return has been accepted and processed, and the device’s arrival at the warehouse has been confirmed, the authorized refund and subscription cancellation will be processed without charging you for those refills.
