Questions to Ask Before Making a Choice

Does the diffuser come with a scent?

The purchase of the device does not include a fragrance. The subscription diffuser plan includes a complimentary 100 ml sample from the current collection, excluding niche fragrances.

When can I cancel my subscription?

With the subscription diffuser plan, you can request cancellation after completing three additional paid refills. The complimentary scent from your initial order does not count as one of those refills.

If the diffuser is eligible for return under the satisfaction guarantee and you decide not to continue, once the return is complete and the item has been confirmed as received at the warehouse, the authorized refund and cancellation will be processed, and no charges will be applied for any pending refills.

Review the cancellation terms for early cancellations and cycles that have already begun, and the refund policy for the refund process.
